NBC Bread End Seal Label - Card Painter

Continuing the NBC label series we have the Card Painter. I must say this is a very odd character to feature, there are several other characters I would have thought would warranted inclusion before a card, like the Caterpillar or the Dormouse.

    I think I have a "Mickey Mouse Globetrotters" pinback button (from the 40's?) that says "I Eat NBC Bread" on it.

    These labels are cool because they really are ephemera - mostly thrown away or as you say, ruined in the process of opening the bread.
