This was a new one on me, I'd never heard of this before. This is a trading card from Sugar Daddy candy. While I have seen (and even remember getting) trading cards out of Sugar Daddy candies, I never knew there was a Disney series, nor an Alice in that series.
This Alice is card number 20 out of a set of 25 cards called Mickey Mouse and his Pals, series number 5. Don't know if this means 5th series of Mickey and pals, or 5th series overall.
I also don't have an exact date on this, but the art tells me that it is most likely from the 1960s. If anyone has details on this series or knows if there were other Alice characters from that series, I'd be grateful for that information.

The Sport Americana Price Guide to the Non-Sports Cards (Chris Benjamin, 1992) confirms that this set was from the '60s, though it doesn't give an exact year. The book shows card No. 14 as being Peter Pan.
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much more information out there. That's pretty odd considering the amount of attention Disney cards usually receive in the non-sports world.
One thing I left out--"Series 5" means fifth series overall, not fifth Disney series. In all, Nabisco issued 21 card sets from 1960-1992 (again, according to the book), including several made for its Sugar Daddy brand.
Thanks for the additional information Jason!
I specialize in Sugar Daddy Cards. Mickey Mouse and His Pals came out in 1966. There is only one Alice in this rare set. There's eleven sets in all running from 1963 through 1973.
@cenbutch- thanks for the info, do you know the complete list of characters from that set?
